NYC Small Business Training Grants Program

The NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) offers two job training grants for eligible small businesses.  Whether you are hiring a new employee or have a staff of 10+ SBS will provide funds to increase the skills of your team.

The On-the-Job training program,  provides fund for onboarding eligible new employees with a grant covering up to 70% of wages for up to the first 280 hours of a new hire.

The Customized Training grant provides up to $400,000 to train 10+ employees, with varying skills.

In this webinar we will provide an overview of both training grants and explain the requirements and application process.
